Access to and use of the fuelbay.be website and Fuelbay application are subject to acceptance of these Terms of Use. By using our services, you accept these terms without reservation.

Fuelbay is a fuel price comparison service in Belgium. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data, but we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of displayed prices, as they can change quickly at stations.

3. User responsibility

The user is responsible for how they use the provided information. Fuelbay cannot be held liable for decisions made based on displayed prices or for any damage resulting from service use.

4. Intellectual property

Website content (texts, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Fuelbay. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. Service modifications

Fuelbay reserves the right to modify or discontinue its services at any time without prior notice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Namur have jurisdiction.
